  • First, there are zero out-of-pocket costs to have JPA represent you. JPA charges a contingency fee of 30%. In a declared emergency the fee isreduced to 10%. If the claim is signed from the beginning with JPA, the fee is 30% of the total RCV settlement, minus the deductible. If the claim has a prior scope, JPA charges the difference of the original ACV scope to the final RCV settlement scope, minus the deductible.
